This page explains what information Clairlumi collects when you use clairlumi.com or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Clairlumi is a website and Google visibility service run by Jean-Claude Martin, based in Thailand. For any privacy question, write to hello@clairlumi.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the free Google check form, it opens WhatsApp with your business name, Google Maps link and city filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. If you email or message us, we receive what you write and your contact details.
- Visit statistics. We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, such as clicks on WhatsApp or email. This tells us how many people visit, not who you are, and we don't use it for advertising.
- Your currency choice. If you pick a currency on the pricing section, your browser remembers it on your own device. It is never sent to us.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, prepare your free Google check or a quote, deliver the work you order, and improve this website. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Who else sees it
The services we use to run Clairlumi: WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, Hostinger for hosting and email, and Google for analytics. When we work on your website or Google profile, you invite us as a manager and can remove our access at any time. We never ask for your passwords.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and follow up. For clients, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by writing to hello@clairlumi.com. We answer within 30 days. This applies under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR.
Changes
If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
